Negatives Workout with Dumbbells and Bench | 35 Minutes

This is a 35-minute total body negatives strength training workout that is no impact and requires very little space (perfect for a studio or apartment-living situation). I am using a bench, two sets of dumbbells (10's and 24's). You may use whatever you'd like in the way of load knowing that we will be spending more time under tension in the eccentric phase, or lengthening phase, of each repetition. I am not wearing shoes so I can really ground my foot into a stable position but you are more than welcome to wear shoes out of safety and or comfort. There is a short mini-band activation to get started and no cool down/stretch in this video.
