Agility and Athleticism Workout

This was a fun one! I was able to get the full workout done last night. It really pushed me through the end. I was glad it was done by the end.

It's nice having access to a turf field. The field markings make it a lot easier to determine distances for certain exercises. That makes setup simpler, and fortunately/unfortunately reduces setup time between exercises.

I've made myself a little agility training go bag. It contains a 40 lb band, a yoga block, and my 15 lb slam ball. I've got some low profile cones that I need to stick in there too. Honestly, throw in a set of rings and ring straps and you've got yourself a hell of a full body gym setup that you can take anywhere!
