Cindy and Daniel discussed Daniel's incarceration experiences. Daniel was initially incarcerated in Texas, where he spent three weeks in solitary confinement. He was later sentenced to a low-security federal prison near Austin, where he spent the remaining two months. Daniel noted that he was the only inmate with a misdemeanor, while all others were felons. They also discussed the classification of Daniel and other January 6th protesters as domestic terrorists, which led to increased scrutiny of their communications. Daniel's social media accounts were banned before he was charged, and his private messages were used as evidence in his case.
Daniel also discussed his long-term goals, which include restitution, recognition, and retribution for the J. Sixers.
