Is gender dysphoria a mental disability? Or is it another legally protected class of people? Does the Fair Housing Act force a young family with children to rent to cross-dressing drag queens and transsexual men like it does minorities? When, if ever, was the term "gender identity" added to the list of those who can't be discriminated against based on race, gender and sexual preference? (A term that once meant homo- or bi-sexual people.) Does this list also include sex offenders and "pedo-files"? Call H.U.D.
