Info from Licensor: "35ish-year-old Michigan fan/BMW bro tells building president that the icy parking lot is unacceptable. Building president rebukes and tells Beamer bro he can pick up the bucket and help. Beamer bro doesn’t appreciate the lip service and starts berating the building president saying he 'will knock him the f out' and that should he put his hands up he’ll 'one tap his ass.' Building president does all the wrong things to escalate the situation and tells Beamer bro that he is pathetic and no one quite like him has been such a nuisance to the building. They go back and forth many times, repeating the same things over and over. Many times, Beamer bro got out of his vehicle to posture up and threaten fighting the property manager, so long as he puts his hands up to defend himself. On the third instance of this, the Beamer bro finally sees red and gets out of his vehicle to assault the property manager. Why? No idea. It is suspected the Beamer bro was evicted weeks following this."
