Layer the pot with fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, and a sliced green chilli for an added kick. Seal the pot with a tight-fitting lid and let it cook on low heat (dum) for 1.5 to 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the beef to become tender.
