We The County - Mike Grover

Mike Grover, business owner and consultant, sits down with Eileen to share the importance of the non-partisan organization "We The County." Born in Chicopee Falls Massachusetts

Raised in Dent Minnesota

Dad was in the Air Force so we moved several times. Mike lived in Seattle Washington, Minot North Dakota, Helen, Georgia and many places around metro Detroit since 1972.

Has been married for 41 years. He is a father of one and a grandfather of one. Mike a carpenter by trade, started in 1974. Started his own carpentry contracting business in 1981. In 1991the current company M.D.G. Enterprises was started.

Mike was very involved with several building associations including NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) and ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors). For ABC Mike was a SE Michigan Chapter board of director, the chapter VP as well as a National BOD and a National PAC trustee. 1 of 13 nationally. Very active in local and national politics.

He retired from M.D.G. In 2021 and began an estimating and consulting company just to keep busy.

Mike became involved in "We The County" (WTC)in 2020 and took over as St. Clair County leader in 2023. WTC is all about local politics and we believe that all government starts locally. We bring Patriots, Churches, and local businesses together.
