Biblical stories have long been firmly entrenched in our lives: there is hardly a person who does not know about the forbidden fruit or about original sin. One of the most famous stories, having analogues in almost every religion and in the mythology of various peoples, is the story of the Great Flood, the disaster by which God punished mankind for its many sins and punished all those who did not want to live according to the Creator's commands. The only righteous man on Earth was Noah, a devout father of a family who began to be visited by terrible visions of the end of the world. Noah recognized the imminent doom that awaited him and his family and set about building an ark, a gigantic ship to protect him and his family from the raging waves. But Noah had to fight not only the elements and his own fears, but a very tangible human evil: people who had heard about the building of the ship and feared for their lives, too, wanted to save themselves. Only there was no place for them in Noah's ark.
