Roast Pork Tenderloin with vegetable puree sauce

Roast the pork for 35 minutes at 400 degrees convection roast. Should be a little pink.

16-20 oz tenderloin
2.5 oz celery
3 oz carrots
6 garlic cloves
4.5 oz onion
1 tsp dry ground rosemary
peppermill and pink salt
2 T extra light olive oil or peanut oil
1/4 c dry white wine twice and 1/4 c water to deglaze and again when making sauce
