Keto Peanut Butter Cups
Awesome Keto Peanut Butter Cups. They taste absolutely wonderful. A great way to do low carb and love it.

Ingredients:
For bottom Coating
• 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
• 1/4 cup Allulose (sugar-free sweetener)
• 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
For Inside
• 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
• 2 oz. Butter
• 3/4 cup Almond Flour
• 1/4 cup Allulose (sugar-free sweetener)
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup peanuts
For top Coating
• 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
• 1/4 cup Allulose (sugar-free sweetener)
• 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
• 1/4 cup Whey Isolate Protein Powder (if desired)

Unlike some other low-carb sweet treats, you'll only need to follow these easy steps for a tasty dessert or snack.
1. Carefully melt chocolate chips and mix them with sweetener and peanut butter.
2. Lightly coat the bottom and side (up an inch on the sides) of the mold with chocolate mix.
3. Let cool and harden.
4. Slowly melt Peanut butter and butter in the microwave.
5. Mix butter, peanut butter, and Swerve with the almond flour.
6. Fill chocolate cups.
7. Make top coating(Chocolate chips + Allulose + Peanut butter)
8. Pour chocolate over everything to cover peanut butter filling.

Tips and Tricks:
DO NOT RUSH the last part. Let your tasty low carb dessert chill for a while. Let it solidify in the fridge and let the tastes mingle. If you eat it too soon, it will taste like artificial sugar. Let the tastes meld together and it will be super fantastic.

About Handi Keto:
In the early 2000’s I found out I had MS. At first, it was very controllable and didn’t significantly impact my life. A few years later, I had an “episode” and things changed. Slowly, every year I seem to lose some mobility.
My movement is now like an 80 year old and I get fatigued easily. I use a walker to move around and a cane for shorter distances, where I know a seat will be available.
Unfortunately, I have gained a lot of weight due to my lack of mobility. Because of this, I now have diabetes. I would rather try to control this with diet instead of medication. To that end, I have tried to cut sugar (poison) and carbs out of my diet.
This channel will showcase the dishes that I have made successfully (taste good). I hope that my learning curve with this can help others.
