With First Steps and Avengers: Doomsday being two of the MCU's biggest upcoming releases, it is significant that Pascal and Downey have already started talking to each other. Their MCU debuts remain highly anticipated despite there being multiple actors who have played Mister Fantastic and Doctor Doom in live-action before. The relationship between Mister Fantastic and Doctor Doom is integral to both characters' stories, which makes it all the more important that the actors are developing their own relationship.
