Can Lamont Roach Win a Decision Against Tank Davis in the Rematch?

In a recent interview on ProBoxTV, promoter Gary Jones confirmed that the rematch between Tank Davis and Lamont Roach is a done deal. According to Gary, the agreement is not far off.

The NYSAC ruled the draw would stand between Gervonta and Lamont. They acknowledged the ref should have scored the knockdown while ignoring the disqualification that should have taken place when Tank stuck his head through the ropes to get his face wiped by his trainer.

That tells me Lamont Roach doesn't stand a snowball chance in hell of winning the rematch against Tank if the fight goes the distance. The corruption in boxing is obvious.

That's why I favor what Turki Alashikh is doing for the sport. Boxing is too corrupt to be fixed, and the crooks are running the show. How can you place a bet on a fight when you know certain fighters won't be allowed to lose outside of being knocked out?

There should never be such a thing as a disqualification in the sport again, especially when the referee gets to pick and choose when he wants to enforce the rules.

I don't want to hear anything about Canelo being favored in boxing. I don't want to hear anything about Canelo being a privileged fighter because he's a white Mexican.

We've just witnessed black privilege at its finest with Gervonta Tank Davis. I have to thank Al Haymon for pulling this off. Al Haymon's PBC made sure Tank didn't get disqualified.

Like Gray from DC says, "Fighters get robbed every day, so get over it!" I agree; it's time to get over it. In other news, Mauricio Sulaiman is upset with Turki Alalshikh about nothing.

He's upset that Canelo wasn't allowed to showcase the We Be Crooks belt at the Canelo vs William Skull press conference. Mauricio Sulaiman is one of the biggest crooks in boxing.

Along with the WBA and IBF, the WBC has historically been known as a crooked sanctioning body. So, Mauricio can miss me with this selective outrage. The WBC, as an organization, does some good things.

However, they also do a lot of crooked things. I don't feel sorry for David Benavidez. He cosigns everything the WBC has done in his career. David has said on many occasions he's following the plan Al Haymon, Scamson Liarwitz, and the WBC set out for him.

David never intended to fight Canelo. As Ron Boy Fresh would say, "It was all a scam from the beginning." How can Sulaiman get upset with Turki for not acknowledging his crooked belt when he picks and chooses when to enforce mandatories?

Back in 2023, Sulaiman said the Beterbiev vs. Bivol fight could happen, but due to the Russia-Ukrainian war, the WBC title wouldn't be at stake.

If it had not been for Turki Alalshikh, boxing fans would not have had the chance to see the undisputed 175-lb championship fight between Beterbiev and Bivol.
So, I can give 25 fu**s about Mauricio Sulaiman and the WBC's (We Be Crooks Belt)
