This guy had absolutely no intention of stopping. He was completely convinced that the cop had knocked his teeth out and wouldn’t believe otherwise. It almost seemed as though the man wanted to punch the officer. He was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting or abusing, assault and concealing identity.
