Lemon Cake using only 2 ingredients

Today's Video is making the Lemon cake from vintage recipe card.
Notes: Serve warm. Also the texture does change is if you let it sit say over night. This is a cake that you would make and serve right away and no dot plan for leftovers. The texture is kinds of gooey, like a custard or lemon bar or lemon pie. The taste is wonderful, as long as you like lemon.
Lemon Cake
Vintage recipe card Circa 1980’s
1 box angel food cake mix
2 (210z) cans lemon pie filling
Mix by hand in a large bowl cake mix (dry) and pie filling until light and fluffy. Pour into 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the top starts to brown. Cool on wire rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
