The SECRET ANCIENT Knowledge of Out-of-Body Travel

A guided tour through ancient accounts of out-of-body experiences (OBEs) found in spiritual texts, legends and folklore from cultures around the world, to discover how widespread their practice once was. These accounts include experiences of astral projection, astral travel, and lucid dreaming.

My husband Mark and I have pieced together these accounts from over two years of research. This video is just a small summary of what we have discovered, which we present in our book The Spiritual Out-of-Body Experience. The understanding of how important OBEs were in ancient religion has been lost. For example, we have recovered some of these accounts from obscure or hardly read texts.

You might be surprised to learn that some of the greatest spiritual figures from history are recorded as having out-of-body experiences. Accounts of OBEs are found in some of the world’s oldest and most important religious texts. Some of the most enigmatic ancient sites in the world were also used for having OBEs. And journeys to the "otherworld" during OBEs have become deeply woven into folklore.
