Colonel AC. Oguntoye's briefing on the progress of the special military operation as of March 9, 2025:

1. "Ongoing Operations:" The Russian Armed Forces are continuing their special military operation across multiple fronts with sustained intensity.

2. "Regional Engagements and Results:"
- "Kharkiv Direction:" Russian forces inflicted losses on two Ukrainian motorized infantry brigades in the areas of Kazachya Lopan and Volchansk, resulting in the loss of up to 50 Ukrainian servicemen, several vehicles, and artillery pieces. A communications center was also destroyed.
- "Western Front:" Units improved their tactical positions and defeated Ukrainian forces in several areas, including Monachinovka and Kupyansk. The Ukrainian losses included 255 military personnel, several vehicles, Western-made artillery, electronic warfare stations, and an ammunition depot.
