Urbex Adventure in Germany 🇩🇪 The Last of the Explorers

I went on an urbex adventure with my good friend G, as we cycled north from Berlin, to the beautiful town of Fürstenberg/Havel. Our first goal was to explore an abandoned Soviet Army Base and bunker, which was hidden deep in the forest. The abandoned Soviet Military Base, or Haus der Offiziere, is all that remains of the Soviets’ time in Fürstenberg, where once up to 25,000 soldiers were based on the shores of the Röblinsee.

Our second plan, was to explore an abandoned old Mill and former Animal Food Factory, which now lay peace, and all forgotten about, on the opposite side of the Röblinsee to the Army Camp.

After a great days adventuring, we then sat in the sun at the train station, and drank a couple of beers as we waited patiently for the delayed train back to Berlin. All in all, it was a very nice 'urbex' adventure day away from Berlin.
