CBP says they don't plan on removing reinforcements at the border until migrant caravan arrives

One week after arriving on the border, the military alongside Customs and Border Protection continue to fortify the border.  Last week they began placing concertina wire above the border fence and on Wednesday they closed two lanes at the DeConcini Port of Entry.
