COC 3-6-25 Ohio State Legislation: HB 8 and Qualified Immunity

HB 8 is up for a vote in May 2025, the Primary. It has to do with a bond that Ohio wants to Lock into our State Constitution. Does this make sense? Do all states need there own version of DOGE? Also, qualified immunity is discussed. Is this needed by govt employees or should we all play by the same rules?
