Instead of continuing the foreclosure the JUDGE now wants the Plaintiff and Defendant to work a deal to keep the Defendant in their home and have hearing in a couple of weeks on the results of the negotiation.

Of course, the Attorney for the Plaintiff has an idea for settlement that differs from the Defendant's and what remains to be seen is which idea wins.
