Making Yunnan table sauce is one of my favourite things to do. Today, I’m showcasing three delicious sauces that my family loves: ham and shiitake mushroom sauce, rich with the flavours of mushrooms and ham; pork sauce, full of savoury meaty aroma; and grilled chilli sauce, spicy with the smoky fragrance of roasted chillies. Each sauce is incredibly versatile—they can be used for noodles, stir-fries, or fried rice, and they’re all exceptionally tasty. Whether after a busy day at work or on a relaxing day, just one spoonful of sauce can instantly transform a simple meal into something flavorful and delicious!
