Chemtrails 3/8 one

Here come the aircraft spraying the people over south west Michigan. These are not commercial aircraft. They are too low of altitude to be cruising. This is an aerial attack on the population. Weather modification? Solar radiation management? Stratospheric aerosol injection? What is going on?
