Both International Women’s Day (IWD) and Vladimir Putin were promoted by the KGB. Few know the true roots of today’s holiday, which even some conservatives celebrate.

Marx famously advocated for the abolition of the family and collectivization of children-- both of which contributed to the eventual motivations in forming IWD.
