Soya Curry Recipe

A delicious, protein-rich Soya Curry that’s packed with flavors and perfect with rice or roti!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup soya chunks
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 2 tomatoes (pureed)
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 green chili (chopped)
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• ½ tsp cumin seeds
• 1 cup water
• Salt to taste
• Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

1. Boil soya chunks in water for 5 minutes, then rinse and squeeze out excess water.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili, sauté for a minute.
4. Mix in tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
5. Add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and salt. Stir well.
6. Add soya chunks, mix, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
7. Pour in water, cover, and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
8. Sprinkle garam masala and mix.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or roti!
