How Canada's Indigenous incarceration rates have worsened under Trudeau

Despite being out of prison for over two years, Marvin Starblanket isn't a free man. Starblanket - of the Mistawasis First Nation, an Indigenous nation from Saskatchewan, Canada - is under a five-year supervision order. More than a third of Canadians under such orders are Indigenous. Their overrepresentation shadows Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's pledge to eliminate Indigenous people in the justice system. Kristy Kilburn reports.
