100 push-ups without rest.
10 different variations of push-ups for 10 repetitions. Try to complete them. If you couldn't get to the end, don't despair, at this stage try to perform the exercises with the rest you need and share the exercises, practice and soon you will be able to do it!
If it is difficult for you to do 100 push-ups in one approach, then do it in 10 approaches. Divide 100 push-ups into 10 approaches and perform them with a short rest. Also, if it's a big load for you (for example, it's even a big load), then perform 10 repetitions of 5 reps. But it is very important to progress further.
Also, for those professional athletes whose level is very high, I recommend performing these push-ups with a small additional weight (for example, in a briefcase) +5-10 kg.
