Robert Monroe on Loosh, Love-Loosh & the NDE Realm(?)

Out of Body Experience (OBE) pioneer, Robert Monroe, talks about emotional energy ('loosh') which is reportedly used as a flow of value for cultivation, extraction, and trade in non-physical dimensions. The Food Chain was reportedly created as a loosh garden. Humans developed as a source of high quality loosh. In the OBE state, Monroe visits a realm where a tremendous amount of loosh is collected, particularly where love-loosh (the emotion of love), is leaking from. The description is eerily similar to near-death experience reports (NDEs). Is the vast magnitude of love energy described in many NDE reports some of the stored love-loosh getting directed back at the experiencer to overwhelm them, so that the experiencer will obey the entities that run the loosh-gathering operation?
