Why FLATOUT 1 is still awesome after 21 years

While Wreckfest has better soft body physics, the ejection system in FLATOUT is absolutely hilarious and it can create some dynamic hilarity at any point throughout the race. Also, for being 21 years old the general physics on the vehicles, npcs and props in the environment is amazing.
Flatout 2 being a close second.
