1x 10 reps

1x 8 reps

1x 6 reps

Standing cable chest fly

1x 18-20 reps warm up

1x 12 reps

1x 10 reps

1x 8 reps

1x 6 reps / rest pause / 1x 6 reps again

Standing dumbbell lateral raise

1x 12 reps

1x 10 reps

1x 8 reps

1x 6 reps Heaviest set, drop weight and repeat 1x 6 reps

Incline dumbbell chest press

1x 12 reps

1x 10 reps

1x 8 reps

1x 6 reps Heaviest set, drop weight and repeat 1x 6 reps

One bodyweight dips

5x as many as you can to failure - focus on the muscle and the connection, not the amount of reps
