Cheap Vs. Expensive - which one wins?

We put a cheap scope on an expensive rifle and an expensive scope on a cheap rifle to see what we could learn. Howa 1500 with Zero Compromise 5-27x. Custom Terminus Zeus, MDT build with Vortex scope. Which one comes out on top?
