Shocking New Housing Numbers Hit The Villages Florida

The Villages Florida housing numbers hit 668 today, and is noticeably affecting prices. As we approach the end of the Snowbirds visits in The Villages Florida, inventory will most likely spike again come April. This is not a bad thing, this is a good thing for buyers looking to purchase a home in The Villages. Living in The Villages has its plus and minuses, as all communities do, but its a gorgeous place with plenty activities to keep you occupied. Please keep in mind, moving to The Villages can be challenging as there are NO BASEMENTS. Make sure you go through your stuff and start getting rid of unneeded items. Also remember, if you plan on buying new... make sure you check Google Maps for things your VLS won't tell you or mention, and also remember, there are no lights in many of the new homes! You could buy a home and have to spend thousands of upgrades on the home immediately. Existing homes, in my opinion, are definitely the better deals and can easily be found within your budget.
