Marrs notes as the video explains above that an FBI agent found him, Files didn't just show up out of nowhere.
DiEugenio responds in the thread that that same FBI agent, Joe West, was behind the earlier "Roscoe White fiasco." He gives links to the supposed human teeth impressions on the casings (predicted by Files) being debunked by Allan Eaglesham.
