Ingredients:

• 2 lobster tails (split in half lengthwise)
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter
• 4 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
• Salt and black pepper (to taste)
• 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Lobster:
• Use kitchen shears to cut through the top of the lobster shell and gently pull the meat out while keeping it attached at the base.
• Season the meat with salt, black pepper, paprika, and a little cayenne if using.
2. Cook the Lobster:
• Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
• Place the lobster tails meat-side down and cook for about 2 minutes until lightly seared.
• Flip them over and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the shells turn bright red. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
