He'd Rather be Tased and Jailed than Obey the Law Enforcement Officer

Officers responded to the call of a property manager regarding two people sleeping in a white car. A white Toyota was parked in the handicapped parking space. There was a black male sleeping in the back seat with the door open and his feet sticking out. Another black male was also sleeping in the front seat.

The officer attempted to wake them up but they didn’t wake up until after several attempts. The one behind the wheel woke up fully but refused to give his identification and got out of the car. The officer ordered to put his hands behind his back but the subject refused and pushed the officer out of the way. He started to walk away so the officer threatened to tase him and ordered him to the ground. He continued to walk away so the taser was deployed.
