Emergency Wine Tasting 1 (I Had to Eat the Lamb!): Saperavi 2022 Red Dry Wine

Well my absence from wine tastings didn't take all that long apparently! Then again, I've been on vacation all week (see video for details) and this is the first (and only) video of me drinking wine that I've recorded! And what kind of person doesn't drink wine with their lamb anyway!? I should also do a much better job of keeping inventory in my freezer so I can avoid another situation of something that's about to go bad and needs to be cooked about immediately! And now that I think about it, I should have made a separate video of me using that wine as part of a marinade for the lamb because that tasted delicious! Way to go me!
