- 1-2 **Hari Mirch** (Kati hui, optional)
- **Hara Dhaniya & Lemon** (Garnish ke liye)

- ½ tsp **Haldi (Turmeric)**
- 1 tsp **Lal Mirch Powder**
- 1 tsp **Dhaniya Powder**

### **👨🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe (Food Fusion Style)**
#### **1️⃣ Masala Tayari (5-7 min)**
🔥 Ek pan ya kadhai mein **3 Tbsp oil** garam karein.
🔥 **Zeera aur pyaz dal kar golden brown hone tak bhunain**.
🔥 **Adrak-lehsan paste add karein aur ek minute fry karein**.
