OpenCore - MacOS Sonoma on unsupported 2017 iMac 27"

TechHeart works on a 2017 27" iMac - we noticed that it wouldn't upgrade to the newest macOS Sonoma 14.3 because Apple deemed it "unsupported hardware"... well, we can't have that!!! We utilize software named OpenCore Legacy Patcher, which allows Apple owners of many years to install MacOS versions that aren't supported by Apple - let's upgrade this system to the shiniest and newest version of MacOS, with or without help from Apple!!!
