Jesus's message cuts straight to the heart: Life does not consist in an abundance of possessions. He tells us not to worry about our clothes, our anxious thoughts, our priorities, our inheritance, our investments, or our interests.

Instead, Jesus points to a better treasure map: "Seek first His kingdom." When we realign our hearts to value what God values, everything else falls into place. The real treasure isn't what we can store in barns or banks—it's what we invest in God's kingdom that lasts forever.
