Best results when used daily, at the same time each day, typically while laying down for a good night's sleep. Your sleeping hours are the best hours for the subconscious mind to absorb affirmations and hypnotic suggestions through guided self meditation, but also please remember to get a healthy amount of sleep each night without any disturbances including the television or radio, as this important for your subconscious to be able to absorb and reflect in silence with very dim or no lightening, in order to better do what it needs to do in the background while your conscious mind rests and recharges more fully. Drink an appropriate amount of water each day, every day. Routinely practice slow and steady deep breathing through the nose, in and out, taking the oxygen into the lower abdomen as you relax the stomach muscles and exhaling the air back out through the nose, slowly & comfortably tighten the stomach muscles. I recommend this exercise. Just make sure to take caution with candles, fire is dangerous and needs to be monitored safely. (I tell everyone this)

I find this helps best to do at the same time each day, once a day, only ten minutes, in a well lighted room, sitting away from the candle several feet, around eye level. Focus on keeping slow calm breathing. I switch it up, sometimes I breathe in through my nose and out through the mouth for the ten minutes, allow my lungs to slowly expand and deflate and pushing all air out through mouth, allowing lungs to totally deflate. Sometimes I only use my nose, breathing in/out the same, just use the nose. Also drinking the proper amount of water for your height weight ratio per day. Allow yourself to love water. I also tell everyone be very careful because unattended candles are dangerous, fire is very dangerous. Be mindful. You don't want to forget it and hurt yourself or anyone else due to a candle fire.

Remember, You got this and only You. Don't rely on hypnosis or any other online stuff to help you. It just takes putting forth 110% of Your effort.
If you don't have a candle you can focus on a tree in your yard, a spot on the wall, a rock, etc. but candle seems to work absolute best in my opinion.
