Dad’s Favorite: Liver & Onions with Love (and Lilith 🐾)

This one’s for my dad. He’s a picky eater, but one meal he absolutely loves is liver and onions, so I stepped out of the house (and out of my pajamas) to cook it just for him.

I explain how I make it tender and flavorful, share a little backstory, and of course—Lilith makes an appearance because she doesn’t miss a meal, even if it’s not for her.
