Ohio House passes controversial changes to state's deadly force laws

In the first day of its lame duck session, the Ohio House of Representatives approved a measure that would make major changes to the state’s deadly force law, including the removal of the "duty to retreat" provision in deadly force situations that take place on streets, sidewalks and other publicly-accessible areas.
