The UGG Gallery Dept. Classic Short in Chestnut Suede is a distinctive collaboration between UGG and Los Angeles-based artist Josué Thomas, founder of Gallery Dept. This limited-edition boot reimagines UGG’s iconic Classic Short with unique artistic elements.

Design and Materials:
• Upper: Crafted from a combination of regenerative tablegrade and Twinface sheepskin, the boot showcases a rugged finish that exudes a well-loved, worn-in aesthetic. 
• Decorative Elements: Adorned with multicolored studs along the upper panel and unique hand-painted splatter designs, each pair is one-of-a-kind, reflecting Thomas’s signature splatter aesthetic. 

Comfort and Sustainability:
• Lining: The interior features soft, plush Twinface sheepskin, ensuring warmth and comfort. 
• Outsole: Equipped with a Sugarcane EVA™ outsole, the boot provides lightweight cushioning and support. 

Inspiration:

This collaboration draws inspiration from Josué Thomas’s personal experience, where his own UGG boots became artfully adorned with paint splatters during studio sessions, leading to the creation of this unique design.
