Wildfires North & South Carolina and Smart Cities Initiatives

One article's quote concerning Myrtle Beach:

From the north and south western states, to the mid west and north eastern states, now the south eastern. DEW-ing it there too now? There sure seems to be a lot of smart cities planned for the very areas being burned.
