lol I'm watching one of my favorite hilarious classic films, Jumpin' Jack Flash (1986) starring Whoopi Goldberg. This scene where Whoopi's character needs to decipher Mick Jagger's lyrics reminded me of how I feel when I'm proofreading the captions for you. This is why I don't churn out my videos faster and sometimes I'll just share a video without captions to get the information to you sooner.

I just wanted to make you smile. We could all use some levity right now.

I've heard many people disparage Whoopi Goldberg as a comedian saying, "since when is Whoopi Goldberg a comedian?" Well Whoopi Goldberg was a famous comedian when I was growing up in the 80s. I was raised in a very Liberal household and we used to look forward watching Whoopi's HBO 1 hour specials. She hasn't changed her politics. But I sure have. I still have fond memories of us cracking up to her comedy shows. Bill Crystal and Robin Williams also had HBO comedy specials during the same time period.
