This new stuff starts on cell H98. I used data for specific crimes in the video, rather than overall prison populations. So I can’t “use it.” But it can tell how reasonable my assumption was that the Black / White in the 1800s and early 1900s were similar to 2020. The disproportionality in 2020 was 3.47, while in the lynching times, it was 3.27. So slightly lower.
