Processing Techniques for the Nervous System

Here is a technique I share in conjunction with the Frequency Health Codes (ACT) to help regulate the nervous system. You can do this during your trainings as well!

In this video, a powerful exercise is shared to help regulate the nervous system, especially during times of high anxiety, fear, or emotional overwhelm. The exercise combines tapping, rubbing Meridian points, and breathing techniques to release pent-up emotions and promote relaxation.

The exercise begins with tapping below the collarbone, allowing emotions to arise and be acknowledged. As the emotions intensify, Meridian points on the forehead and crown of the head are rubbed while repeating the phrases "I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you." This process helps to release emotional blockages and promote self-love and compassion.

Another technique involves using the thumb to locate and release emotional hotspots. By holding specific Meridian points and repeating the same phrases, individuals can uproot negative thoughts and emotions and replace them with healthy, empowering beliefs.

This exercise is part of a larger method called Cellular Alignment, which aims to promote emotional balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. By practicing this technique, individuals can better manage stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm, leading to a more peaceful and resilient life.
