What are the Akashic Records?

It is the “Hall of Records.” It is a record of ALL your memories of EVERY Lifetime.

Akashic Records are filed in the DNA.

Everything is stored in the DNA.

The Akashic Records can NOT be hacked. Ever. You are the only one with access. They are yours.

Spirit Guides are souls that no longer need to reincarnate on Earth. Some of them have spent other lifetimes with us. They can have multiple humans that they look after at once.

How many spirit guides do we usually have? 4 on Average. We have at least 2 to 3 with us ALL of the time.

They don’t tell us what to do, they don’t influence the contracts, they just make sure the contracts are completed.

Our Contracts are our Programs.

Before we are born on this planet, we create our “program” which is designing our lives and what we desire to experience, accomplish and learn in the next “lifetime.”

Once we create this plan, it goes through an approval process and then once approved it is handed to a “programmer” who programs our “life” into a “timeline.”

Then you prepare a “soul trip” where your soul travels to the planet and enters your mothers womb.

How can we better communicate with Spirit Guides? Meditation, allowing their energy to flow in. Most people don’t listen because most of the time they say “enjoy the journey.”

They are NOT allowed to interfere or help you in dire situations. According to what Liz says, they are just here to make sure your life contracts are fulfilled.

Astral Projection – you can go to a different realm in this same dimension.

Can we talk to our guides and access our Akashic records of past lives when we Astral project? You can if you have mastered it.

We are not out of body when we Astral Project – it is just our Consciousness and awareness expands.
