Delta Airlines Flying Way Too Low Over Tucson Neighborhood

A Delta Airlines flight rerouted to land at Davis Monthan Air Force Base, instead of Tucson International Airport, for unknown reasons. I think they were having engine trouble because they were so low that I could see the landing gear and I could hear the engines making a troubling sound.
