Action Radio 3/3/25, The Judges - Guilty as Charged.

We live in a country on the verge of the greatest transformation from tyranny to freedom, with the election of Donald Trump and vast changes for the better taking place every day. And standing in the way of these critical changes away from the Administrative Deep State and back to our Republic are a bunch of piss-ant judges from East Bumfart America, issuing "orders" that they have absolutely no authority to issue. In fact they are illegal. They are exercising powers they do not have, that are prohibited by the Constitution and the 10th Amendment to the Bill of Rights, and they are getting away with it! Why?

Because the Trump Administration doesn't know the Constitution...

If they did, they'd be telling these judges to "pound sand" with these insane orders. Is there no one but Action Radio demanding these judges show where in the Constitution they have the authority to order -- anything? Will someone else besides us state that the Judiciary can not interpret the Constitution, can not strike down, suspend, or temporarily restrain executive orders or laws passed by Congress? Is anyone besides us going to clearly and repeatedly state that the only authority the Judiciary has per Article III in the Constitution, is to resolve cases in law and equity arising under the Constitution, but have no power to go further?

It is long passed time to end the judicial tyranny by demanding Marbury v Madison be immediately overturned as unconstitutional, that every judge including the Supreme Court who engaged in "judicial review" be removed from the bench -- that would be all of them -- and that a new judiciary of judges who actually follow and obey the Constitution be put in their place.
