Two Randos in One Month? Timespinner Randomizer

I've working on a study. It seems Rumble upload speed has become pretty slow lately. I'd wondered if thing might be a bit quicker with another browser. No. Whether it's Chrome, Firefox, or Opera the uploads are all the same speed. Firefox does hang up up around 99%.
